Varsha Misri is an Indo-Canadian artist who resides in Vancouver British Columbia. She discovered her creative path while working in the modeling world in the 90’s. Traveling the world, she was inspired by the many cultural influences, landscapes and people of the countries she visited. Varsha was motivated by the pursuit of beauty and serenity, as well as an intimate appreciation of her personal experiences, all captured through painting. Working with plaster, acrylic and oil, Varsha's pieces are bold, yet blend into the environment giving reflection and a sense of calm.
